01 Using Temple

Temple is a space for reading, listening to, and reflecting on the ideas of the world's thinkers. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. You agree not to misuse the service — no scraping, reselling, reverse-engineering, or disrupting how it works for others.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Temple. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping it secure and for the activity that happens under it.

02 Your content

Notes, highlights, and reflections you write stay yours. By posting publicly — for example, replying on a thinker's post — you grant Temple a limited license to display that content within the service. You're responsible for what you share, and you agree to keep it lawful and respectful.

03 Our content

The Temple name, logo, interface, original writing, audio, and curation are owned by Temple, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property law. Quotations from historical thinkers are presented for study and reflection. You may not republish Temple's original material without written permission.

04 Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and what's included are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel yours at any time through your app-store account.

05 Availability & changes

We work to keep Temple available and dependable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, or retire features over time. Where changes are material, we'll give reasonable notice.

06 Liability

Temple is offered for reflection and education — not as professional, medical, or psychological advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temple is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
